Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 577tk website at https://577tk.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 577tk platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These terms apply to all users of the 577tk platform regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the service.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the 577tk platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms applicable to individual promotions and bonuses. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only with respect to that promotion.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 577tk platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account. It is your responsibility to confirm your own eligibility before creating an account. 577tk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. 577tk employs age verification procedures to enforce this restriction, including mandatory KYC document checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use the 577tk platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by 577tk or any third-party responsible gaming programme to which 577tk is a participant.
• Personal Account Use Only: You must be registering and using the account solely on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Creating or using an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process must be truthful, accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 577tk services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You may register only one account per person; duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the email address or mobile number used.

Upon registration, you will create a username and password for your 577tk account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. 577tk will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact the 577tk support team immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 577tk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 577tk does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the 577tk payments page.

• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 577tk reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the destination payment account before processing any withdrawal.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments received from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawal Conditions: A minimum of one qualifying deposit must have been wagered in full before a withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals requested before meeting wagering obligations may be subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Transaction Limits: Maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits are published on the 577tk payments page and are subject to change. High-value withdrawals may require enhanced KYC verification before processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

577tk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar — including BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry period.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the 577tk platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as stated in the promotion terms. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus until the existing bonus has been completed, expired, or forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: 577tk takes bonus integrity seriously. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any other method that 577tk determines to be abusive will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Maximum Bonus Win Cap: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that can be converted from bonus funds to withdrawable cash is ৳20,000 or the value of the qualifying deposit — whichever is greater. Winnings exceeding this cap generated from bonus play will be voided.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 577tk platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published elsewhere on the platform. By placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. 577tk's decision on the settlement of any bet or wager is final and binding unless a clear and demonstrable technical error can be established.

All casino games offered on the 577tk platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The RNG systems used by these studios are independently audited for fairness. 577tk does not alter game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of certified RNG-based games.

Responsible Gaming

These tools are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both 577tk and the player.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. A request to reduce an existing limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase an existing limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before it comes into effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, 577tk will not accept further bets from that account until the limit period resets. Loss limit reductions are immediate; increases carry a 24-hour delay.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Upon reaching the time limit, the player will be automatically logged out of their 577tk account. A warning notification is displayed 15 minutes before the session limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Permanent exclusion results in account closure with no option to reopen.
• Reality Checks: Players can enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of the current session and the net win/loss position. These reminders are provided to support informed decision-making and can be configured in account settings after completing the 577tk Login.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 577tk platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where confirmed — permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law, 577tk will report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a 577tk account. All suspicious deposit activity is reviewed by 577tk's security team and reported to the relevant financial institutions.
• Money Laundering: Using the 577tk platform to launder proceeds of crime, to layer funds, or to integrate illicit money into the legitimate financial system. 577tk maintains AML monitoring systems and will file suspicious transaction reports with the relevant authorities where required.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, sports participants, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or betting markets in any way. This includes sharing information about live game states to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the 577tk platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or that places an unreasonable load on 577tk's systems.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a payment chargeback with your card provider or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used for betting or gaming on the 577tk platform. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate account closure and civil recovery proceedings.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close a 577tk account. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure — net of any outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 3 to 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

577tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where the Company reasonably believes that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, where false information has been provided, where the account shows signs of problem gambling that require intervention, or where continued operation of the account would create a legal or regulatory risk for the Company.

Limitation of Liability

The 577tk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 577tk makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform, we do not warrant that the service will be free from interruptions, latency, technical errors, or temporary unavailability. 577tk accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows, network outages, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 577tk's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 577tk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

Amendments & Governing Law

577tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 577tk will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the email address on file. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to remain informed of the current terms. Your continued use of the 577tk platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online service agreements in the jurisdiction in which 577tk operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 577tk's internal complaints process should be directed in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". 577tk commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.
